TakeDo you have a great idea that you've been thinking about, dreaming about, planning, or even procrastinating about? I love planning, and planning is important, but sometimes we focus so much on the planning that we never get around to taking action and pursuing our dream.

One sure way to failure is to over plan and miss your window of opportunity. You analyze the situation so much but you never actually take action. Perfectionism and fear of failure can keep you from moving forward.

Trust yourself to navigate any situation that might occur and just get going. Be willing to be imperfect and risk failure. The best products and inventions are usually discovered through repeated attempts and failure! Be willing to fail and use your failures as a learning tool for your next big idea.

Keep these two things in mind to keep you moving forward:

Kristi

Most of my life I have struggled with the idea that I am even close to being Amazing, much less beautiful, successful, courageous, brilliant, etc. I have always been able to see the sparkle in others and watch them be amazing in who they are and what they do in the world. Seeing myself in their reflection was different. I felt less than, and never good enough. After spending a lot of time devouring God's word, journaling and learning about who I am, I suddenly had a revelation that changed my whole perception about being called Amazing and really owning it.

swimsuitsSummertime is a great time to head to the beach and do a little reflecting on your business year so far. For some reason, being at the beach doesn’t make it seem like work, at least for me anyway. Its like taking a little field trip for your business.

Take a look at any strategic plans you made earlier in the year and celebrate your successes. It's also a good idea to take an in depth look at any areas where you haven't made as much progress as you thought you would by mid year.

Be kind to yourself. Sometimes circumstances change, new ideas weave their way into our plans, and your spirit may hear a whisper that tells you to change direction.

Here are four focus areas I have found helpful in evaluating my business and life in order to make sure I am still on track with where I want to be at the end of the year. It helps me determine where I might be out of alignment, or where I want to make a few tweaks to the plan. To me planning and dreaming go hand in hand. Ready? Here we go:

I heard this song on the radio 3 times yesterday, “The prettiest girls come from the ugliest places.” Every time I got into the car it was playing. Never heard it before, but I just couldn’t get it out of my head.

It struck me all of a sudden, how true this really is on a much deeper level and I was inspired to do a little digging into my own ‘ugly places.’

How many of us feel like we are stuck in the ugliest places, in our business, in our life, or even in our faith journey?

Sometimes it’s hard to look past our ugly places, those circumstances that seem insurmountable, the secrets we’re keeping, the relationships that are falling apart, the fear of failure that is keeping us from success, and the list goes on and on.

Is it time to shake up your world a bit? It might be time to choose something different, or at least shift your perspective about success, love, and life. If something’s not working for you it’s time to change.

Change is positive. Change is exciting. Change is necessary. It is good for your mind, business, relationships, and your soul. When you embrace change, you can step into your life in a more fluid way, less rigid, and bring forth something better in the world for you and those around you.

Here are four things you can do to create more success, abundance, money, and joy in your business and life:

Choose to Dream. It can be risky, and yes, it’s a choice to dream. So many times we find ourselves just ‘going with the flow’ and becoming complacent in our lives. We get comfortable, or perhaps choosing not to ruffle feathers and just wanting to keep the peace at all cost. We lose sight of the dreams we once had for our lives and, if we’re honest, may even realize we are living someone else’s dream. Risk to dream and see what begins to unfold for you.

Most passionate, socially conscious women entrepreneurs go into business because they want to help others and earn a great living doing what they love.

When women business owners are successful, they use that success to help those around them.
Unfortunately, many passion-driven, mission-centered women business owners find themselves under-earning and struggling to serve the clients and customers they are meant to serve.

Women-owned businesses typically struggle to generate enough profits to actually make a difference. In the grand scheme of things, unprofitable businesses really don't matter very much.

If your cashflow is low, it's nearly impossible to give back to others and make a massive impact in the world.

According to the US Economics and Statistics Administration, the average sales generated by women-owned businesses is only 25% of the average sales generated by men-owned businesses and self-employed women typically earn 55% of what self-employed men earn.

As a woman entrepreneur, in order to create powerful change in your life, in your community, and in the world around you, you must increase your profits and your impact!

That's why I've joined forces with 17 powerful mission-centered women entrepreneurs to walk you step-by-step through each stage of creating a profitable and sustainable business that matters during the BrightFire Profits and Impact Virtual Intensive--January 14, 2013 through January 18, 2013.

<![CDATA[Keeping secrets? Why you shouldn’t hide your talents from your Business]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/Keeping-secrets-Why-you-shouldnt-hide-your-talents-from-your-Business/
   By Kristi Olson (0) Comments

Working with women entrepreneurs is the most amazing work, and it truly blesses my soul every time I see the transformation my clients experience as they achieve the results their business needs to succeed.

I have been fortunate to coach women who are beautiful, brilliant, and bold, yet many of these women have one thing in common. They have hidden talents that could add massive value to their business, yet they don’t recognize their gifts as talents. Instead, they hide them away and keep their talents a secret.

Stop keeping your gifts and talents a secret. If you are feeling stuck and want to experience a significant shift in your business, try tapping into your unused talents. All of them. Don't bury them, or hide them, or think no one has a use for them. Talents should be used, not kept a secret.

It's like having good china, or beautiful jewelry, and then keeping it tucked away neatly in a cabinet or drawer where it's rarely even seen, much less used. I never understood that. It’s like a bride who registers for fine china and never uses it. You need to use what you have and not shy away from the value it will bring to your business. Your talents are uniquely yours to share and it is what will set you apart from the crowd.

How do you set yourself apart and build a platform you can stand on? Let me explain.

Sometimes you have to dust your talents off a bit, tweak them, or get a little more knowledge in a certain area, but if you don't risk using what you already know, have, or do, you risk missing your opportunity to make a difference.

You are your best resource; your best source of capital, and investing in yourself is a great place to grow those dividends exponentially. Trust who you were designed to be, trust your creator, and stand firm on that investment. If you won't invest in YOU, how can you expect your clients to invest in you? Get out there and let those talents and life experiences sparkle.

We all have very specific and unique gifts, talents and experiences. I call them your DNA (Divine Natural Abilities). If you aren't sure what they are, I can help you figure that out. But you have to start there so that you can build on the next step.

Once you determine your strengths, which are a combination of your strongest gifts, talents, abilities, you can then leverage that as your unique talent, or message to the world. Don't discount your life experiences either. So many times I see incredibly accomplished women who want to transition, or are forced to transition due to what I call the four D's: Death, Divorce, Disability, or Downsizing. They feel overwhelmed with starting over from scratch. All it usually takes is a small shift once you do a little self-discovery work and take a good look at the treasures you already have inside you.

Your life experiences (good, bad, or ugly) are never wasted. You can weave them into your marketing message to share your experience with others as they go down the road you've already been down. It is a way to authentically share who you are with potential clients as you build that ‘know, like, and trust factor.’

You had those experiences for a reason, so don't shy away from using what you know based on where you've been. When you take the time to discover your talents and your bigger mission, we can start to build your Big Purpose Blueprint together.

If you are here to inspire, empower, and make a difference in the world, stop keeping secrets. Be bold, beautiful, and brilliant as you release your talents and gifts into the world through your business. It will create wild success and abundant profitability. It’s your time. Invest in the possible.

As fall approaches, along with the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to share a little secret with you.

Thanksgiving is usually a time for everyone to reflect on the good things in life, and be grateful for what we have. I’m grateful to be blessed with a loving and supportive family, and the ability to create a business that is designed around my values and in alignment with my bigger mission in life.

It’s been a journey, not always easy, but nonetheless a journey that has given me the space to truly discover who I am and how I want to show up in the world. For that, I am extremely thankful.

The secret to much of my success has been to live by faith, not by sight, and use God-infused strategies and principles for building and growing a sustainable, profitable, world changing, transformational business.

‘God has made Everything Beautiful in it's time.’ (From the ancient book of timeless wisdom, the Bible, Ecclesiastes 3:11). That's a promise we can stand on, and it's your time. Your time to dream bigger, live larger, and transform the world with what you have to offer.

I believe that God is raising up a new generation of wealthy women in business who are going to transform and heal the world. In order to do that, we need to be building businesses that are wildly successful and abundantly profitable.

Sometimes learning to be profitable includes making an investment in yourself and your business. It’s about investing in what's possible for you, and for the cause of women and families around the world by sharing your wealth to create sustainable change. But you can't share your wealth if you don't have any.

Everything has been made beautiful in it’s time. That’s a promise we can stand on and it’s your time. It’s your time to dream bigger, live larger, and change your community and the world with what you have to offer. It’s time to invest in the possible: for you, your family, and a world that is waiting to see you released into your purpose.

We are all feeling a shift, and I believe there is a new generation of wealthy women in business who are going to transform and heal the world with their gifts, talents and abilities. We are going to do this by building purpose-driven, profitable businesses.

The road to being profitable includes making an investment in yourself and your business so that you can be strategic about creating something sustainable that will reach your market with a solution your clients are willing to pay for. You’re investing in the possible.

When I am at my best and creating the most impact, I am using God-infused strategies and principles for building and growing a business or mission. Let me be clear. I am not talking about a religion, I am talking about co-partnering with the God of the universe to guide me, instruct me, and keep me on my unique path for success. You have a unique path to follow as well.

The principle of sowing and reaping is one of my favorite business strategies. It’s really a simple principle that mirrors nature. Have you ever noticed that so much of what we need to do in life to be successful falls in line with creation and the beauty of nature?

Let me give you an example.

Is your life full, but your spirit empty? Do you feel too worn out and overwhelmed to pursue your passion?

Somewhere along the journey you may have compromised your values. Your values directly relate to who you are, what type of business you run, and how you show up in the world.

When your values get compromised or out of alignment, everything around you can become a bit wonky. I don't even know if 'wonky' is a real word, but that's the best way to describe how I feel when I'm not in alignment with my own values and purpose.

Here are a few symptoms you might be experiencing if you have 'sold out' on your values:

· You may feel overwhelmed most days

· Your days become filled with things you don't want to do

· Joy and excitement have disappeared from you life

· You've taken on responsibilities you never wanted

So how did you get here and is there a way out?

Social media is great. For the most part it is free and has leveled the playing field for budget conscious and start-up entrepreneurs. But the truth of the matter is that people still buy from people, and building those networking relationships in person is where you should be spending about 80% of your marketing efforts.

Here are 4 ways to be strategic about where and how to spend that 80% of your relationship building time in person:

  • Network with the right people for you and your business. Make sure you know who your ideal clients and centers of influence are and target them as your primary focus. Think outside the box when it comes to who your coi’s might be and intentionally seek them out as referral sources.

  • Network where your ideal clients and COIs actually hangout. This could be industry events, chambers of commerce, community events as well as professional associations. Don’t forget social clubs and events.

cowardly

“You’re right, I am a coward! I haven’t any courage at all. I even scare myself.”
Quote from the Lion in the Wonderful Wizard of Oz

I recently went to see my niece (pictured above) debut in her starring role as a munchkin in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Even though I’ve watched this movie countless times, I still get a tinge of fear when those flying monkeys appear take the stage.

One of my favorite characters in the play this time was the Cowardly Lion. For some reason most of his dialogue was really hitting home with me in regards to running and owning my own business. I had been lacking a healthy dose of courage lately and had fallen back into the ever so familiar trap of procrastination on some critical decisions I needed to make. In the words of the Cowardly Lion, “I even scared myself!”

Doubts and fear. We all have them from time to time, and if you don’t, I want to hear from you. Days when your circumstances circle around you and yell “You don’t have what it takes to do this work, own this business, or live the life you’ve created for yourself.“ When that happens, do you shut down, retreat, and hope for a miracle? Or do you firmly stand your ground and release your cowardly lion by revealing who you really are?

Here are four steps you can take today to release your own cowardly lion and keep moving forward, in spite of yourself and any lingering limiting beliefs you may unconsciously be holding on to:

fireworksI love the song Firework by Katy Perry. I especially like this phrase:

"You don't have to feel like a wasted space

You're original, cannot be replaced

If you only knew what the future holds

After a hurricane comes a rainbow"

Have you ever felt like a wasted space? I have. I've struggled most of my life with the mistaken belief that I have no value, I have no worth, and that I'm not worth investing in. Lost relationships, lost career paths, and even a lost sense of identity took its toll on me for many years. It happened so slowly, over so many years, that I don’t even know how I got there. What I do know, is that I made a choice to overcome my own obstacles and seek the real truth of who I am apart from outside influences.

The truth is that I AM an original and cannot be replaced. It's taken many years for me to get rid of the lies and the mistaken thinking, but I've found my Sparkle Effect™, that thing that allows my inner light to shine, and so can you.

Here are 5 steps you can take right now that will lead you to a life of inner freedom and independence as you
light up your life.

  1. Stop trying to be a superhero. We all have limitations and will never be able to please everyone we come in contactwith. Embrace who you are, celebrate what makes you unique, and rest in the fact that not everyone will like you. Some will, some won't, so what!
  2. Do something outrageous. Step outside of your comfort zone and shake things up a bit. Do something unexpected
and have a little fun. God gave you the natural born ability to be creative. Use your creativity and shine a light on something new, different or exotic. Get out of your box and surprise yourself.

As a woman, especially a woman entrepreneur, you have incredible power to be in control of your business, your life, your money, your relationships, and yes, even your own success and happiness. However you define those things, you alone have the power to control the outcome. It's when we choose not to use our power, either consciously or unconsciously, that we inadvertently turn over our power to someone else.

If we give our power over to another person or a circumstance in our business or life, we find ourselves lost in thoughts and actions not of our own making. We become powerless, and when we lose the power of choice, we lose the freedom to live out our life the way we were meant to: full of abundant choices, peace, happiness and joy.

For some of us, it's time to take our power back or find our power spot. That place where we can authentically live out the life we set out to live, and make course corrections along the way without feeling the fear of guilt, remorse, or retribution. Here are four ways you can begin to reclaim your feminine power and not get burned in the process:

   By Kristi Olson (0) Comments

It’s time to release your unique gifts and discover your BIG Purpose

We’ve all heard the statement made by The Dalai Lama at the Vancouver Peace Summit in 2009, "The world will be saved by the western woman". In that same speech he went on to say that there needs to be an "increased emphasis on the promotion of women to positions of influence."

Before we get busy saving the world and step into our positions of influence, most of us are still working on saving ourselves and our businesses in the ever-changing entrepreneurial world so that we can become successful AND profitable.

In the past year, I have seen more and more women entrepreneurs feeling stressed, confused, and stuck in their business. They love what they set out to do, but are always on the hunt for new strategies and constantly changing their brand marketing. That only leads to more frustration and confusion. And so the wheels keep spinning.....

Here are 10 things you need to know in order to release your gifts and discover your BIG purpose before you save the world:

1. You have to heal yourself of any old wounds that are still hanging around. Old messages that keep you from stepping out into your power, your essence, need to be worked through and replaced with new messages of truth and empowerment. Get help on this one. It’s hard to see your ‘stuff’ up close and personal.

2. As you bring your business into alignment with your mission and message, you can operate from what I like to call your ‘power spot’ and begin to build a platform that authentically expresses your value and the gift you have to share with the world that is going to make a difference in someone’s life.

3. You have to constantly pursue your purpose and fuel it with your passion. Making a difference and offering transformation in someone’s life is extremely satisfying and overwhelming at the same time. Make sure you are absolutely passionate about your message or service. It will get you through the exhaustion that comes sometimes from being an entrepreneur.

4. Being persistent and never giving up is key. Most women entrepreneurs give up too soon when facing challenges. See the challenges as an opportunity to learn something new that will move you forward. Learn to fail forward.

5. Reach out and take a risk. Stop coloring inside the lines. Take a risk and blaze your own trail as you listen to your inner source of direction. When you connect to the One who created you, nothing is impossible. Unleash your creativity and partner with the power within.

time

You live in a very fast-paced world that fills your days with endless tasks and responsibilities. Part of creating a business or mission that reflects your purpose requires an occasional ‘time out’ from life. It is critical to take some time, get away from your routine, and go on what I call a treasure hunt of Self-Discovery.

I suggest you start by going someplace beautiful and peaceful, away from all the chatter. A long weekend away would be a great first step. Spend time alone in order to calm your spirit, and begin to receive the clues that are available to you for unlocking the truth of who you were uniquely designed to be.

You have the keys to success already inside you. You have everything you need to succeed, but perhaps you just haven’t really tuned in to who you were created to be outside of other influences. You may be lacking clarity or focus because of all the static surrounding you. It’s time to turn that dial and get a clear channel for success.

Here are 5 things you can do during your time away as you commit your life to being true to YOU and your business:

<![CDATA[4 Reasons to Stop Hiding & Show up for Your Life]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/4-Reasons-to-Stop-Hiding--Show-up-for-Your-Life/
   By Kristi Olson (0) Comments

One of my guilty pleasures on a cold winter weekend is to settle in and hold my own private classic romance movie marathon. These gut-wrenching, heart-warming tales of regret, love lost and love found, still move me to tears no matter how many times I watch them.

No matter what the era, the classics usually come full circle and the boy gets the girl in the end. Love triumphs, and everyone lives happily ever after. I like happy endings. Life is meant to be full of happy endings.

I recently watched the newest remake of the movie “Jane Eyre” starring Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender. One of my favorite lines in the movie occurs when Mr. Rochester first speaks to Jane, the newly hired governess, and asks her “And from whence do you hail? What's your tale of woe? All governesses have a tale of woe. What's yours?”

As women, so many of us have our own ‘tale of woe’ that surfaces periodically. We hang on to certain limiting beliefs so long that we actually start believing them to be true. These limiting beliefs keep us from being fully present in life. They keep us from experiencing the happy endings and new beginnings life has in store for us.

It’s time for a new paradigm shift for women entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders for finding your Voice, your Strength, and the Beauty of your Purpose as a heart-centered, spiritual woman in business, or a leader in the community.

Becoming a leader of change for the next generation of women will require a reverse engineering of sorts, especially for those of us who have been a part of the masculine dominated corporate world for the past 20 years or more.

Below are a few examples of the shifts I believe it will take to move forward and recapture the more nourishing female spirit of collaboration, community, and connection that is inherent in the most influencing women I know today:

  • Weaving your business and life with compassion, cooperation, and a tenacity that transforms lives
  • A new definition of feminine power, leadership and success as we bring balance back to the world
  • Reconnecting to our values as woman of substance, and engaging in social transformation, one person at a time

Women who choose to emerge and engage in 2012, both in business and in life, will need to become visible as the expert, step up and find their voice, their strength, and the beauty of their purpose. Here's how:

<![CDATA[4 Seconds to Change the World]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/4-Seconds-to-Change-the-World/
   By Kristi Olson (7) Comments

I recently met a very accomplished and inspiring woman, Christine Clayburg, who was giving a presentation on telling your story to the media. She shared that in today’s crazy fast-paced world of news media & social media you really only have 4 seconds to get the attention of your audience, and a minute and a half to entertain, inform, and inspire them. In short, 4 seconds to change the world.

I believe the same is true for entrepreneurs. You have 4 seconds to draw in your audience of clients and prospective clients, and a minute and a half to entertain, inform, and inspire them to want to seek you out, learn more about who you are and how you can serve them by solving a specific problem or need. You have 4 seconds to change the world with your message of hope and service to those you are called to connect with, and here’s how:

<![CDATA[Butterfly Bandages: Becoming Visible as a Woman Entrepreneur]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/Butterfly-Bandages--Becoming-Visible-as-a-Woman-Entrepreneur/
   By Kristi Olson (0) Comments

I’m going through some exciting shifts in my business right now, and even though things on the outside appear to be moving forward, I noticed recently there were some things on the inside that were bubbling up and creating some anxiety and unrest in my soul. I decided that I needed to take some time off to dig a little deeper and find out why I was feeling what I was feeling.

In my unique process, The Sparkle Effect, the first principle I teach about Mindset & Marketing Secrets is to Spend time alone Unlocking Your Truth. I needed to take my own advice and Unlock my Truth to figure out what was going on with my mindset that was holding me back from stepping forward on my next big adventure.

One of the projects I am working on right now will require me to become more visible, transparent, and outspoken as I refine my message and prepare to boldly share my expertise with a wider audience. Normally, being outspoken wouldn’t scare me at all, but this time was different. After a lot of reflection, I had cleared my mind from all the daily clutter of running a business, and was able to hold the space open for my heart to be free to express what was going on deep down in my soul.

Taking the time and space necessary to reflect on these feelings, I suddenly realized that the anxiety I was feeling was coming from a place deep inside that still held an open wound from a previous position I had resigned from a few years ago. That was one of the most hurtful life events I have ever experienced.

<![CDATA[Born to be Amazing. What's a Girl to do with all this Brilliance?]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/Born-to-be-Amazing-Whats-a-Girl-to-do-with-all-this-Brilliance/
   By Kristi Olson (3) Comments

Most of my life I have struggled with the idea that I am even close to being Amazing, much less beautiful, courageous, brilliant, etc. I have always been able to see others sparkle and shine, and be amazing in who they are and what they do in the world, but seeing myself in their reflection was different. I felt ‘less than’ and ‘not good enough’ than everyone else. After spending a lot of time devouring God’s word, and journaling about who I am in Christ, I suddenly had a revelation that changed my whole perception about being called Amazing.

That’s the cool thing about the Bible, the inspired word of God, the living word. It comes alive to me every time I read it, and since we know God is the same yesterday, today, and always, His word for us is true even today. Did you know that you were born to be Amazing? That’s how God designed you. In Isaiah 9:6 (MSG) we are told of the gift of a child to be born, and given to us, to be called Amazing Counselor, Strong God, Eternal Father, Prince of Wholeness. As daughters of the Most High God, we’re also created in His image and our journey is to become more like Christ in our character. If I believe God’s word to be true, then I am also called to show up in the world, be visible, and help others by being Amazing, Strong, Eternal, and Whole. I was born to be Amazing, and so were you!

<![CDATA[LIVE BIG! IN 2011. 10 Life Coaching Tips for Living Large, Passionate Dreams.]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/LIVE-BIG-IN-2011-10-Life-Coaching-Tips-for-Living-Large-Passionate-Dreams/
   By Kristi Olson (1) Comments

Are you disillusioned by dreams that haven’t become realities? Have you settled for life as it is instead of life as you hoped it would be? It’s never too late to act on your dreams. In 2011, discover and live the dream God has for you. Here are 10 Life Coaching Tips for living large, passionate dreams.

1. Face Your Fears

Fears can immobilize us and cause us great angst. It can even make us feel as if we’re caught in a spin-cycle of life—and desperately trying to get free. Do your fears include fear of failure, success, rejection, abandonment, being alone, or public humiliation? Whatever your worries might be, take one step today toward God and away from one of your fears. He wants to help you. He longs for you to live an abundant life, fulfilling the passionate purpose for which He created you.

2. Learn To Exhale

Shallow breathing makes for shallow living. It shortcuts all of the goodness in God’s plan, which is extravagant, abundant, broad-reaching, and life-giving. It robs us of our chance to “soar on wings like eagles” (Isaiah 40:31). A slow, deep inhale-exhale makes all the difference to us physically and emotionally. Try it right now, several times. Feeling better already?

3. Honor Your Deepest Longings

Some people think they don’t have time to dream. We don’t have time not to dream! Dreaming leads us to say no to other people’s agenda for us. It cuts down on the waste and nonsense in our lives because it allows us to stay focused on what’s really important to us. It teaches us to stop filling our time with activities that numb us into a false sense of happiness or with things that cause us to stuff down our feelings of hopelessness. God created you to live out His dream for your life, not spend all of your time in the doldrums that weigh you down.

<![CDATA[Risky Business: Taking the Risk to Define your Life.]]> http://www.thesparkleeffect.com/Blog/Kristis-Thoughts/Risky-Business--Taking-the-Risk-to-Define-your-Life/
   By Kristi Olson (3) Comments

No, I’m not talking about Tom Cruise, but I have to admit that once I wrote the title for this article I couldn’t help but remember that famous scene in the movie where Tom Cruise’s character is home alone, rocking out with his air guitar and sliding across the floor in his underwear. At the time, that scene was risky business!

What I’m talking about is the risky business of coming out of hiding, and finally taking the risk to define your life as your own, not someone else’s life. As women we are naturally designed to care for, and nurture our relationships, but what happens when the focus of our life becomes unbalanced and centered on everyone around us, and we no longer keep up with our own emotional or spiritual well-being?
Things change and life suddenly becomes empty, lacking passion, enthusiasm and joy. We have become so accustomed to living a safe and comfortable existence that we lose sight of who we really are. We let others define what our life should be and haven’t taken the risk to find out who we are and what we want. Most of the time it happens so gradually that we wake up one day and don’t even know how we got there.

Here is one way to jumpstart your life and start to live life fully:
